Essays and Fiction in This Issue

Three of the essays in this issue present differing perespectives on disability poetry. C. E. Chaffin's essay touches upon a subject not discussed in this journal before, the writing of love poetry. Anne Kaier's "River Creature," by taking a new perspective, builds upon our discussion of the ways that individual poets work at defining themselves through their work. Michael Northen caps his series of essays on the development of disability poetry by discussing its creative contributions.
