The Monster Guy

The Monster Guy: This is my original character, Bark. I’m not sure what exactly he is, myself. All I know is I draw him sometimes and drawing him is oddly cathartic. I kind of envision him as a being who represents all the aspects of humanity that are usually destructive but flipped around to be constructive when he practices them. I’m not sure how to explain it more as I've never created a background for him. He has light gray skin with burns and cuts; his eyes are deep sockets filled with multiple eyes. He has a human thumb nailed to his forehead. He has a crack in his skull; you can see his brains through it. From his exposed brain sprouts a long cluster of exposed neurons and small veins. Attached to these there are some more eyes scattered about. He has spikes growing from his lower half of his arms and the lower half of his legs. They are technically bone spurs, but they’re very large and smooth. Still pointy though. Like the teeth of a gigantic tiger. His lips are a slightly darker grey. He has rows of sharp teeth. A long pointed tongue. He is modeling a design of mine and I drew him as a model at a photo shoot.

Floral Fruits

Floral Fruits: I drew hibiscus flowers and pomegranates with a black and white contrasting geometric background. I love to draw play with color and backgrounds in my art. Exploring my style feels like I’m on an adventure.

Through the Cracks

Through the Cracks: I drew this dandelion that was growing though a crack in the pavement because I thought it was a cool art concept. It has a message and also the industrial-looking background with pipes and concrete gives it a modern edge.
