 The appearance of an acceptable reason
										for the killing was needed.
 Masquerading as a longsuffering mate
										of a
 Severely damaged woman was plausible.
 It even seemed reasonable,
 But, that didn't explain why he fought
										for rehabilitation money,
 Yet wouldn't allow her to be treated,
 Or why he ignored the pleas of her loved
										ones and wouldn't divorce her,
 Even after he took up with another woman.
 It didn't explain why he went to court
										to keep absolute control over her fate,
 Fighting relentlessly to end her life
 And keep her family away from her.
 What had she done?
  Lorraine Inabinett is married and has four children. She is
		a poet and songwriter who lives in Kitsap County, Washington. Though music
		and poetry are her passions, childrearing has overshadowed her work. Inabinett
		states, 
										"I don't talk much about being disabled. I don't like to glorify my
